Climara Indications
Climara Patch is indicated to treat symptoms of menopause, which includes the following:
- Deficiency in ovary function;
- Degeneration of the vagina and urethra;
- Dryness burning and irritation or the vaginal area;
- Hot flashes;
- Prostate cancer;
- Some types of Breast Cancer in men and in postmenopausal women;
- Turner's syndrome;
Climara Patch is indicated in preventing osteoporosis.
Climara Side Effects
Climara side effects may include:
- Acne;
- Changes in menstrual cycle and breakthrough bleeding;
- Closing of the throat;
- Decreased appetite nausea and vomiting;
- Decreased libido;
- Depression;
- Difficulty in breathing;
- Dizziness;
- Dizziness faintness or changes in vision or speech;
- Headaches;
- Hives;
- Jaundice;
- Lump in the breast;
- Migraine;
- Pain swelling of tenderness in the abdomen;
- Painful red or swollen leg;
- Problems with wearing contact lenses;
- Severe headache nausea and vomiting;
- Shortness of breath;
- Swelling of the lips face and tongue;
- Swollen and tender breasts;
- Water retention;
Climara Drug Reactions
Inform your doctor if you follow a treatment with any of the following medicines:
- Thyroid medication;
- Tamoxifen;
- Rifampin;
- Primidone;
- Phenytoin;
- Phenobarbital;
- Didanosine;
